Primary Research =]

We have attempted to email numerous different online companies to arrange interviews either over the phone or in person. We attempted to ring both Amazon and eBay, however they stated that they couldn't find the time and the process that we would have to endure was too long as we have to film everything and complete it as quickly as possible. However, we did try to get some information from Amazon's "Press Releases" page as recommended by the person we spoke to on the phone. This didn't help us and didn't give us the information we needed.

We contacted the Trafford Centre in hopes of being able to film voxpops in there as there are so many shoppers and a different variety of people going. We read the terms and conditions and this involved a certificate that was covered damages up to £1,000,000. The college was not able to provide it so we decided to film elsewhere.

We ended up filming voxpops in a local village as a result of this. We arranged an interview with an elderly person and this was completed fine. We rang Next and arranged an interview with a shop worker to express her opinions on the current transition from highstreet to online.
